Sweet Boli
Ingredients
- All purpose flour (Maida) – 250g
- Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
- Jaggery – 250g
- Chana dal – 250g
- Sesame oil – Required
- Ghee – Required

How to Prepare
Total Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
- Then take a pan, add maida, sesame oil and required amount of water to make stick dough
- Mix it well by your hand, make dough, cover it with oil and marinate for 70 minutes
- Take a bowl, wash chana dal cleanly and soak it for an hour
- Take a pressure cooker, add soaked chana dal without water then pour 370ml water
- Cook it in medium flame for 5-6 whistles
- Once all pressure comes out, remove the water from chana dal and transfer it into a mixer jar
- Add jaggery and cardamom jaggery into the mixer jar and grint it well and save them into a bowl
- After grind, take a pan and fry the sweet dal mixture for 5 minutes till moisture eveporates
- Transfer this sweet dal mixture into a bowl and make it cool
- Take the dough, split them into palm hold sized small balls
- Take the chappathi board, roll this small balls into small round shapes then keep the small amount of sweet dal staffing inside, close it and make like a ball
- apply little amount of oil and again roll this stuffed boli ball into small round shape carefully without the stuffing comes out
- Keep the tawa in medium flame, apply little amount of oil and a pinch of ghee and spread it well
- After oil and ghee gets heat up, lay around the round shaped stuffed boli dough and cook it for 2 minutes
- After that turn to other side and cook for a minutes.
- Now the amazing Sweet boli is ready to serve.
