Pumpkin Milk shake
Ingredients
- Pumpkin – 1/4
- Milk – 100ml
- Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp
- Pistachios – 5
- Scoop Vanilla cream – 2
- Sugar – Required
- Honey – Required
- Ice cubes – Required

How to Prepare
Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes
- Take milk pan, add 100ml milk and allow it to boil for 10 minutes
- Cool down and remove layered fat and chill it refrigerator for 2 hours
- Remove seeds of pumpkin then cut into small pieces
- Add it to a blend them like smooth foamy juice
- Then add required sugar, 3 tsp honey and blend it for 2 seconds
- After that add chilled milk and blend them for a minute
- Then transfer it into a glass, add some ice cubes,
- Then add pistachios and topped with ice cream
- Now the healthy Pumpkin milk shake is ready for serve
