Papaya Milk shake
Ingredients
- Papaya – 1
- Almonds – 1
- Cashew nuts – 2
- Milk – 100ml
- Saffron strands – Few
- Ice cream – 2 scoop
- Sugar – Required
- Ice cubes – Required

How to Prepare
Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes
- Crush almonds, break cashew nuts and keep aside
- Take milk pan, add 100ml milk and allow it to boil for 10 minutes
- Cool down and remove layered fat and chill it refrigerator for 2 hours
- Remove the skin of Papaya, remove all the seeds and wash it hot water then cut them into small pieces and blend them smoothly
- Add chilled milk then blend them like smooth foamy juice
- Then add required sugar and blend it for 2 seconds
- Then transfer it into a glass, add some icecubes and stir it with a spoon
- Then add crashed almonds, crushed cashew nuts and topped with ice cream, finally garnish with saffron strands
- Now the healthy Papaya milk shake is ready for serve
- (Note) Combination of papaya and milk, may be creates stomach problems. Consume papaya and milk during night time is preferable
