Ingredients

  • Mangoes – 2
  • Milk – 100ml
  • Almonds – 1
  • Cashew nuts – 2
  • Scoop vanilla cream – 2
  • Saffron strands – Few
  • Sugar – Required
  • Ice cubes – Required

How to Prepare

Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes

  1. Grind almonds, break cashews into two and keep aside
  2. Take milk pan, add 200ml milk and allow it to boil for 10 minutes
  3. Cool down and remove layered fat and chill it refrigerator for 2 hours
  4. Peel the skin off from mangoes and remove seeds then cut into small pieces
  5. Add it to a blend them like smooth foamy juice
  6. Then add required sugar and blend it for 2 seconds
  7. After that add chilled milk and blend them for a minute
  8. Then transfer it into a glass, add some ice cubes,
  9. Then add grinned almonds, cashews and topped with ice cream, finally garnish with saffron strands
  10. Now the healthy Mango milk shake is ready for serve
